Hi, I’m Joanne I joined ARC Community Care in 2006, I am the Registered Manager here.
I have worked in the care industry since 1994 progressing in my roles through training and personal development. I have held managerial positions since 1998 which have enabled me to be involved in service provision and the effective training of staff.
I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the team at ARC. On a day to day basis I work closely with the whole office team and together we strive to ensure a quality service is delivered to all. This is achieved by providing the care staff with the knowledge and skills required to deliver the service to the best of their ability.
I am dedicated to my role and I believe in giving 100% in all that I do. Whether that is at ARC or on a personal level. I strongly believe in quality, valuable service provision and delivery.
