An experienced healthcare professional with skills developed within hospital, residential and community environments.

Able to manage and motivate staff at all levels.

I worked in Psychiatric hospitals for 6 years mostly with people with Alzheimers disease and elderly assessment before moving onto Acute admissions.

From there I worked in residential as a home manager then founded this company in 1997.

To ensure the smooth day to day running of the company.

To ensure the company achieves the minimum standards set by the CQC and that good work practices are adhered to by all staff, keeping all policies and procedures up to date and making sure that all staff in the company know about any changes in legislation.

To ensure the continued growth and success of the company.

I am a bee keeper and currently have 3 hives in my apiary.
