We are registered with Care Quality Commission to provide a service to the following people:

We provide visits from 30 minutes to 24 hours a day.

Services We Provide Include:
Personal Care - Our fully trained staff will assist with all personal care needs including bathing/showering, assistance with washing and dressing, assistance into and out of bed and assistance with other personal care needs
Medication - We are able to offer prompting and assistance with medication where required.
Safety check - To check that you have everything that you require i.e. pendant is being worn, security check, draw curtains.
Meal preparation - We can assist with meal preparation from a snack to a freshly prepared meal taking into account individual dietary needs.
Shopping service - We can assist with shopping, or staff can collect shopping on your behalf and assist with putting items away.
Domestic service - We offer a light domestic service where staff will assist with domestic chores such as vacuuming, bed making, laundry and ironing whilst promoting independence and maximising your abilities.
Mobile service - Our courteous staff can accompany you to appointments where the carer will wait with you and assist you safely back home. We are also able to accompany you to pursue your goals/aspirations such as leisure/social activities or support you to use public transport.
Respite service - enabling carers/family to take a break from their caring role. This may involve companionship visits or accompanying to leisure/social activities.
