Company Profile

ARC Community Care Ltd have provided care and support to older and disabled people in their homes and in the community since 1997. We became registered with Social Services in December 1997 and since then have seen the business and reputation grow from strength to strength. The business has grown due to the enviable reputation it has built up over the years and the good team effort from all members of staff, who offer a very caring, professional and reliable service enabling service users to remain independent and in control.

ARC is a family run business led by the Managing Director Andrew Cope. He has worked in the care industry since 1988 where he worked in both hospital and community settings. He is qualified to RMA level 4 in Management and is the company internal auditor. He gives both staff and service users a commitment where staff receive the best training and service users receive the best care.

Joining him on the Management team is his wife Rosemary Cope. They have worked together since the company started to grow back in 1998.

We also employ a Registered Manager who is responsible for the day to day running of the company and a Supervisor whose role includes service user assessments and monitoring the quality of care given by staff. We have On Call Officers who make sure things run smoothly when the office is closed.

Following our CQC inspection on 20/4/10, we are proud to announce that the inspector found that we are still providing a 4* excellent service
