Our Quality Assurance Process
Our commitment to provide a high standard of service to you means that regular quality control checks are carried out. We send out a questionnaire every 12 months, analyse all replies and take action where any areas of improvement are identified. Our senior staff carry out spot checks and shadow staff to ensure that they are working to company standards. All staff meet on a 1-1 basis with a senior member of staff to discuss their work at least quarterly
