Hello, I am Rosemary, Company, Director of ARC Community Care Ltd.
I enjoy the daily challenges and rewards of being involved in the running of a busy domiciliary care business and am proud of the results we achieve in making a difference to people’s lives.
I enjoy liaising with service users, staff, public and other professionals to work towards achieving our goals.
History
Following my A-Levels, I spent a year at UMIST studying International Business before embarking on a career in Accountancy. I became a Director and took on the role of Office Manager for ARC in 1998.
Role
My role is varied including taking new service user referrals, managing the payroll, managing of staff rotas, dealing with invoice queries, recruitment of new staff, advertising, scheduling of staff training and devising and updating policies and procedures in line with CQC.
