To make the process of employing your chosen PA an easy process. We offer a full support package to assist you in your chosen PA’s to include interview, past employment and character reference check,, contract of employment, person specification,Job description and risk assessment of your home and equipment to be used.
It is the law that employers should offer their employees the appropriate training. We offer a full training package to suit your needs and that of your chosen PA. The training offered includes Moving and Handling - use of hoist, wheelchair, and other aids, food hygiene, fire training, abuse, incontinence and catheter care, first aid awareness, health and safety. We can design a training programme to fit your needs.
We offer a personal care planning service, where we will meet with you and the people most important to you and together we will devise a full support plan, which will include your preferences and aspirations, putting them at the centre of the process of identifying your needs about what, who, how and when you can be supported to live your life.
We offer a back up service - if your PA is ill or on leave we can send a member of staff to cover.
