Our Charges for Providing your Service are as follows:
Monday - Friday 07:00 - 22:30 Single hourly rate: £11.96 Half hour pop in rate: £ 8.61 45 minutes: £10.80
Saturdays & Sundays 07:00 - 22:30 Single hourly rate: £13.25 Half hour pop in rate: £ 9.33 45 minutes: £11.87

All bank holidays are charged at double the above rates
Additional costs: The only additional costs are when using our escorting service or shopping/errands service.
There is a 50p per mile fuel charge, paid directly to the carer.
This is charged door to door for the escorting service and after the first mile for shopping/errands.
Assessments
Assessments are a complex and time consuming part of our process to give you a better service, We offer this service for free(limited time) depending on the package of care required. For a service of up to 20 hours per week 1.5 hours of assessment time is free. for a service of 21 hours or more per week 2 hours of assessment time is free.any additional time it takes will be charged at £11.96 per hour.
