ARC Community Care Ltd was first established as a Domiciliary Service Provider in April 1997. We became registered with Social Services in December 1997 and since then have seen the business and reputation grow from strength to strength. The business has grown due to the very good reputation it has built up over the years and the good team effort from all members of staff, who offer a very good, professional and reliable service to our clients.

 The Managing Director Andrew Cope has worked in the care industry since 1988 where he worked in both hospital and community settings, he is qualified to RMA level 4 in Management standard and is the company internal auditor. He gives both staff and clients a commitment where staff receive the best training and clients receive the best care.

Joining him on the Management team is his wife Rosemary Cope. They have worked together since the company started to grow back in 1998.

We also employ a Registered Manager who is responsible for the day to day running of the company and a Supervisor whose role includes client assessments and monitoring the quality of care given by staff. We have On Call Officers who make sure things run smoothly when the office is closed.

We have had our CQC inspection 20/4/10 and we are proud to announce that the inspection found that we are still providing a 4* excellent service
